Job Description
What You’ll Do:
The Recruiter team is the first line of offence for TalkOften’s operations. In this role you will join a group of like-minded lead hunters filling the database with appropriate profiles of research participants for our customer success team. You will master the art of prospecting including in-person, phone, email, and social media outreach. You will improve your research, qualification, and professional communication skills. Your success in this role will set you up for an accelerated career in prospecting/customer success management facing researchOps or marketing roles.

- You have a base level of general computational/technical literacy including the Google suite and Microsoft Suite of products
Qualifications
Preferred:
- 1-3 years of professional experience, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Communications/Sales/Related field
- Experience with HubSpot/Zoho CRM
- Demonstrated history of achieving excellence
- Previous tech industry experience or experience in prospecting, recruiting and marketing studies is a plus
Travel
- Time spent outside of the office recruiting research participants at libraries, universities, conferences etc.
- Outbound prospecting experience
